What is the process of placing my order?

Firstly, contact us and describe your demand with images and texts. We will be with you in no time to discuss the details of the project and to start an order by filling out the required information. Based on the information you gave us, we will start designing the model and deliver it soon!

Are the packages provided with your services customizable before order initiation?

Yes! They are fully customizable based on your demands. You only have to contact us, informing us about what you need, and we will add/remove any modules for you to get exactly what you need and recommend a custom order!

Do you utilize any AI-based tools or assistants?

We generally avoid use of AI based tools, and rely fully on our experiences, respecting work originality. But in case of our clients deliberately asking us to use a specific AI tool, we will assess the request and return to them with conditions customized for their own needs.

Do you also design mechanisms and entire products?

Yes! We not only design single parts, but also complex assemblies and mechanisms or entire products. We even have industrial drawings which are done with ease of manufacturing in mind and with the highest industry standards available.

What formats can I receive my project's final file?

This depends on your model and request. We mostly work with parasolid file formats and in some cases STL formats as well. In case of your demand, other formats are available to export as well.

Will I be informed of the project progression?

Of course! We will send you updates at every necessary stage to confirm the project is in line with your requirements, and make any necessary changes if any is asked. This of course requires you to inform us quickly of your opinions for us to sooner deliver your project.

What is the difference between the "Essential" and "Realistic" packages?

Both packages offer realistic and eye-catching renders but with a big difference between features and time required.
The "Essential" package allows for very quick renders of several number of shots. This is achieved by not including resource-consuming features such as depth of field, translucent materials, advanced lighting, custom scene and environment building, and post-processing of the images.
The "Realistic" package includes extra features such as depth of field, advanced materials, custom scene building, addition of decorative objects to the scene, and post processing of images (in order to: denoise, add bloom, change image coloring, etc.). These features make the visualization look much more artistic but drastically increase the required time to render.

Do I need to have a 3D model before placing my order for image visualization?

In case you already have a 3D designed model, after receiving it we will check it to see if the file format and geometry are compatible and healthy. If they were, we will start building the scene and environment to finally render images of your model.
Please note that the pricing of this service is for already-existing models. In case you do not already have a 3D model, make sure to let us know and we will help you with designing your model before visualizing and rendering it!

How can i ask for a revision?

In product visulization services, revisions can only be requested before the final rendering stage has started, This is due to the time and resources it takes to render an image/video. Therefore we will ensure we receive full confirmation from you about the scene and environment with a snapshot before we proceed with the final render. What resolutions are available for the images?

We can render images for up to 8K resolution, with any aspect ratio. If you require multiple resolutions to be rendered, please mention them all in your initial request.

What are the "custom" features?

In our "realistic rendering" package, we provide custom lighting, scenes, and environments. This way, specific options are added to your renders such as custom misceleniouse objects, complex lighting that makes the renders realistic, reaslistic reflections, and many more.
Our "basic rendering" package does not include such elements and is a more essential rendering that focuses more on demonstration of model features.

Do I need to have a 3D model before placing my order for animation?

In case you already have a 3D designed model, after receiving it we will check it to see if the file format and geometry are compatible and healthy. If they were, we will start building the scene and environment to finally render create an animation.

What formats of 3D models can you work with?

Our software are compatible with various 3D file formats such as stl, obj, step, sldprt, 3dm, prt, max, igs, x_t, and even assembly files.

Is there any limitation on the duration of the animation?

We provide animations of up to 1 minute but longer animations should be shorter as they would take an incredible amount of time to render, while shorter animations (such as 10 seconds) can have more room to add extra details. Please note that the average animation duration for which the prices are aplicable is 20 seconds.

Can you upscale the animation to have higher resolution than 1080p?

The raw animation we render are up to 1080p, but if you require a higher resolution, we can upscale the footage to have a resolution up to 4K (loss of details is possible in this case due to unnatural increase of resolution).

What are extra features in visualization?

There are many extra features that can be added to the scene and environement to make the visualization look exactly the way you want. These features can be HDRI lighting, custom background, depth of field (background blur and bokeh), post processing and image editing, and many other!
Please note that these features will be added only if you request them (while placing your order) and are not included by default.

How can i ask for a revision?

Each of the example images above are a single page. Each page can include up to two CAD operations on the 3D model such as section cuts, detail views, exploded views, general view, etc..
At each page, annotations and texts can be added at will based on what the CAD operations in that page are (e.g. texts, dimensions, arrows, steps, titles, graphical elements, etc.). We recommend spreading the information throughout various pages instead of adding many into one in order to keep the information easy to understand.

Do I need to have a 3D model to purchase this service?

Yes. In case you already have a 3D designed model, after receiving it we will check it to see if the file format and geometry are compatible and healthy. If they were, we will start working on each page based on your model.

What process does a Technical Documents order go through?

After making sure we have a usable 3D model of your product, based on the information you have included with your order (such as number of pages, what each page should include, how the 3D model should be shown, features that are added to the page, etc.) we create the pages you have requested. If your order is of "Product Manual" type, we will write the full-length texts and descriptions, tables, charts and other elements and place the images of the CAD model within it to finally form a complete product manual.

Should I have all the techincal information of the product before purchasing this service?

We recommend you already have enough information about the product to provide us with to create the documents. For example, standard components such as bolts, nuts, washers, etc. should already follow a standard and have their full name mentioned.
In case some critical information regarding the product is missing and it is necessary to complete the documents, extra charges may apply so that we would analyze the engineering of the product and complete the documents.

Will you share the document you made for me with anyone else?

In all of our services, we ensure the confidentiality of the information of our clients and their projects. Only in case of you agreeing to it, we share it with our community and social media and our website for showcasing our portfolio with the finished form of your project.

What if I need a complete technical document with long texts and descriptions?

The "Product Manual" package can provide you with a full technical document service that has long texts and descriptions, tables, charts, specifications, technical data, and many more. As we provide "Graphic Design" services as well which you can check out below, we can create a full technical document from scratch with professional and appealing looks.
If your manual only includes texts and tables and no 3D model related elements, we recommend taking a look into our "Writing" service.

What is the difference between Technical Drawings and Technical Documents in your services?

Technical Drawing is a part of our "Design, Assemble, & Manufacture" service which allows for a full process of turning concepts and ideas into 3D models, assembling them into a whole product, and finally extracting the manufacturing plans and sheets called Technical Drawings, which include dimensions, tolerances, fittings, and geometry information of each component. By having a technical drawing, based on the parts and product, manufacturing can take place.
On the other hand, Technical Documents are documents such as repair manuals, product manuals, and assembly instructions that are formed by combining images of 3D models with annotations such as dimensions, notes, standards, assembly steps, texts and descriptions which generally don't follow any specific standard (unlike technical documents which should be strictly standard as we do them). A technical document is ultimately used either by the end user or manufacturers who need to follow specific steps to fully assemble a product (not manufacturing them)

Are there any revisions for this service?

Due to the high amount of time analyses take, we do not offer revisions for this service. Therefore it is important that you provide all the necessary information (and the information in the requirement section) for us to be able to accurately analyze your model.

Do you provide counseling on model sustainability?

We currently do not offer services based on counseling, including manufacturing cost minimization or product sustainability checks.

What sorts of evaluations do you provide?

At your demand, we can evaluate your model for interference, symmetry, geometry, hole alignment, clearance checks and many other checks to help you further understand your model and its behavior.

What is my written report going to look like?

We use SolidWorks report tool to extract all the information from the study to a text file. Then adding our touch to improve on the legibility of the text and personalize it to your needs. Our reports contain up to 2000 words and can be customized based on your needs.

Do you provide CFD / fluids analysis as well?

At the moment, we only provide FEA / mechanical & structural analysis; but we are looking forward to increasing the range of our services to help more companies ensure the reliability of their products!

I do not have a designed model. How can you help me with analysis of my model?

We can proudly help you with bringing your ideas to reality with our "Design & Assembly" service! After designing the model is finished, we can start the analysis process and provide you with details on how the model performs.

I already have a designed part and want to have it analyzed. What should I do?

In case your model is designed in SolidWorks and is optimized for study, we will ask for the design files and after receiving it, we will start your model's analysis!
Your model may need design optimization to be able to be analyzed; we will make sure to inform you if such a process was required.

Will I be informed of the project progression?

Of course! We will send you updates at every necessary stage to confirm the project is in line with your requirements, and make any necessary changes if any is asked. This of course requires you to inform us quickly of your opinions for us to sooner deliver your project.

Is the package design for my entire product line?

Depending on the nature of your order, we can design a package for a single product line with a single packaging type, or all of the packaging of the products you sell. What if I had to change my packaging type while my order is ongoing?

If you had an unexpected change of the package type while your order is being processed, if the changes are not big enough to require a re-do of the design, we can change the design to meet the new packaging.

Can you create a package design similar to an already existing product?

This highly depends on how close the designs will be. We respect the work of other companies and designers, therefore we do not copy designs or make very similar designs to other packages. Will it cost extra to design additional illustrations?

After we fully finish the design and you confirm it includes all that you requested, we will send you the final file.
If you require an additional version of the illustration we designed, we can make adjustments to provide you with another version of it, with a lower cost compared to the main illustration. Please note that the new version should be based on the main version and not have major changes.
