How to Place an Order

The steps to placing your first order are very simple! You only need to check out the order requirements for your desired service in the Our Services page and email us with that information using the "Order Now" button and add any other information you wish to include. Including information about required delivery date and file formats will also help us coordinate better.

After receiving your email, we will start working on your order if no more information is necessary, letting you know about the process of the work and each milestone that will be in the process.

How do you customize your services for your clients?
Instead of applying the same content and style for the services we provide to our clients, we focus on what each client demands, where and how they will use the services we provide, their individuality or brand, and other information they share with us. This allows us to adjust our services to be perfectly in line with each client either they are an individual looking to get a poster designed for a gathering, or a corporation looking to get patent-level 3D designs for a mechanical product.
Do you use artificial intelligence-powered tools and services to complete projects?
No, we do not use AI-powered software to make progress in our projects. We are strongly against using AI as a replacement for human abilities as our expertise and professionality alone guarantees top-tier results without need of help from such software.
Is it possible to ask for revisions?
Yes! We offer revisions not only during the project progression, but also for a specific period after delivery to our clients. These revisions include subtle changes that do not require a re-do of the project and do not require much resource. Please read the revisions section in this page for more information.
Are your services going to fit well to my use case?
Of course! Our services are always tailored for each order, which is why we ensure we ask enough questions from our clients to completely sync our services with their use case and target audience.
Do you have consultation services as well?
Yes, we offer consultation-based services for engineering, design (3D or graphical), translation, and any other field you wish to have consultation on. Our experiences and years of customer satisfaction allows for us to provide accurate and reasonable consultations.
Will I have full commercial license of the files I receive?
Generally, our services are meant for our clients, meaning only you will have full commercial license of the designs that we deliver to you. This means that sharing the content we deliver to you with others (unless discussed before delivery) is prohibited. Special cases will be discussed in case of occurrence, but we will ensure you go through the smoothest process during such cases.
Do you provide the source files of the projects you do?
We mostly do not share the source files of the projects we work on, at least not in a raw format that we ourselves work on. Some of our services include the source file delivery as well, but only if agreed before initiation of your order. If you require the source files of your project as well, please inform us before the project starts so that if possible, we would put that into consideration.

Important Considerations

Please provide all possible information about your request when placing an order, based on the requirement section of each service in "our services" page. This is necessary for quick and accurate understanding of your order.
The services we offer are directly done for you. This means that use or spread of the services we deliver to you by any other individual except you, is prohibited and will result in legal consequences.
Before starting any project we will ensure both sides clearly understand the included items and their terms.

Revisions

Revisions are defined as minor changes that do not require a re-do of any major part of the project.
Revisions are mostly required after delivery. While the project is in progress, when we update you at each stage of the work, the changes you might wish to be made should not require major rework of the project at any stage.
We provide free-of-charge revisions up to 4 days after delivery of the project, which is there to ensure you have the smoothest experience using the results of our services. After 4 days, "revisions" will be treated as a new project and charged accordingly. This also applies to any changes or revisions that require re-do of a major part of the project during the 4-day period and while the project is still ongoing.
The extra required time to make the revisions, even if they would apply damage to you or us, cannot be made up for later on. Therefore, it is important that you inform us of all the project information written within "order requirement" sections of the Our Services page before the project starts.
Some of our services include "unlimited" number of revisions, which are clearly stated in the Our Services page for those packages. For such packages, we reserve the right to limit the number of revisions to a reasonable amount if this feature was exploited to be used unreasonably. This is done to ensure project timelines are maintained and to prevent misuse of the unlimited revision policy.
